While eating healthy habits are what you want your child to develop, it won’t do you any good really if you get way too strict on the food that you allow your child to consume. When you keep your child from having the foods he or she love, your child is just going to want more of those. Your child may develop binge eating because he or she will try to find ways to eat those forbidden foods when you aren’t looking.
Activity is also important and can also have a huge impact on children’s weight levels. Any child who eats too much and lives a sedentary life is going to put on weight obviously.
